I am a seeker of truth and light, and my joy is sharing those discoveries with others. My journey began in the high-stakes world of hospital nursing, where I quickly realized that while a hospital can save a life, the home is where that life takes root.

I’m the nurse who checks your vitals while we talk about your dreams. I’m the doula who mixes your healing sitz bath while we organize your breast pump. I am here to hold the "Core"—you, your baby, and your family—during the transformative 42-day transition of matrescence.
