I spent years in the fast-paced, clinical environment of hospital nursing, where I learned the critical language of vitals, recovery, and medical safety. But I always knew that true healing happens at the "Core"—in the quiet, sacred sanctuary of the home.

As an RN, Childbirth Educator, and Holistic Birth & Postpartum Doula, I created Deep Heart Core to offer families a different kind of care. I am here to be the clinical expert who monitors your physical recovery and the holistic guide who protects your emotional transition. My mission is to ensure you feel medically safe, culturally honored, and deeply held as you navigate the transformative journey of matrescence and early parenthood.
